Founded in 2006 by Steven Hancock, NorthStar Farm is a 5-acre farm that specializes in “off-season” production. NorthStar is entirely chemical free and does not use any artificial heat. They are USDA – GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) & HACCP (Food Safety) certified. We are excited to be working with them and plan on purchasing a mix of veggies from them this season – look forward to seeing NorthStar’s baby spinach, salad greens, kale, and collard greens in your weekly shares!
